The Insurance Ombudsman Service, Financial Industry Complaints Service and the Banking and Financial Services Ombudsman, this year jointly hosted the International Alternative Dispute Resolution Conference.

"ADR '06 in Oz" was held at the Sanctuary Cove Hyatt Regency on the Gold Coast from Monday evening 28 - Thursday 31 August.
